Is anyone else here having problems with windows XP home edition and ProntoEdit 2.0? After using the program for a few minutes it just comes up with the error report window asking me if I want to send to microsoft. Then the program close and I lose everything. This problem does not happen at any particular time, that I notice. Is there any new versions of ProntoEdit the will work with the TSU2000 and windows XP?

It works just as fine on XP as it does on other versions.

The most common cause of random crashes:

- never learn or test IR codes using ProntoEdit
- very large CCFs cause a crash after a period of time
- video drivers can cause crashes; this can be eliminated by reducing video acceleration
