After I Flashed my Firmware to the latest vertsion my remote will no longer "Learn" other Remots IR Codes, I've tried going back to the orignal Firmware and Default ccf but no luck. It worked just before I Flashed the Firmware.

Any Ideas before I send it back, and yes this is a J&R Refurbished unit.

You are pointing at the correct end of your Pronto?
