I have a Neo and can't get it to learn the Lutron remote command. Anyone has the same problem with there Neo?

Don't know if this will help but if you have a look at www.letsautomate.com there is a downloadable ccf already prepared for Lutron switches. Mike

Lutron's codes can be a bit tricky. Can the NEO accept typed in codes or do they have to be learned? Your best bet if they have to be learned it to find someone with a Pronto and learn the codes from that. If they can be entered directly, do a search for Lutron on this message board. I have posted the codes in text form a couple of times. Unfortunately Lutron doesn't use any of the standard remote protocals so their codes can be troublesome.
