If the times are fixed and in light of the fact that the Pronto would have to be sending to a device like the IR543 at the time you want it to send, it would appear you are far better off taking Peter's alternative suggestion and using the x-10 interface and scheduling software from your PC.
You want to make sure the interface has it's own non-volatile memory if you don't keep the computer on all the time.
You can buy a whole interface kit like the 6 piece ck11a including software pretty cheaply at the x-10 site online. However the controller in that one does not have a memory backup.
If any of the above is not practical from a cost convenience perspective, you can simply use an x-10 timer control.
