I've seen reference to workarounds to the lack of discrete codes to access Video 4 and Video 5 on the Onkyo receivers. They involve sending the code for V3 + a mode increment command. Which key increments the input mode? I've pressed EVERYTHING on my TX-DS797's remote to no avail.
