Ok, maybe I missed the release date of this, but it looks like the preview function is up.

Anyone else notice?

I'm probably a dollar short and a day behind on this one!

LOL

I did. Is it new today, I did not notice it yesterday.

Peter: the preview lets you see the post as it will look when it is posted. It is useful if you use HTML and you want to see the final version

Thank you, Anthony...

I had no idea either. I guess this also means that John is up to "tricks" (as in infecting the forum with a bunch of useless threads of little or no value*) today ;-)

*Just kidding with you, John. You know everyone loves you even when you play the "Rodney Dangerfield" of the forum.

OK I am trying it out now. Quite like it. Though first time it was a touch confusing, as the preview appears under the edit box and is thus off the bottom of the screen. Maybe it should be above the edit box.

Peter..

Exactly! my reaction too. I missed it myself for that very reason. I kept wondering why I was still looking at the html code.

Bruce, all my threads have value.

In fact, everyone owes me 10 bucks for replying to this thread. (Bruce pays 400)

So you see, with that in mind, you can see the value in this thread.

LOL

It was originally done that way incase someone REALLY messes up their HTML, the edit form wouldn't be affected. It's reversed now (if this proves to be a problem I can put it back the way it was).

There's a bug in the Preview panel.

It does not preserve my paragraphs. However, they come out right when submitted.
