Just uploaded my old Pronto CCF into Pronto Pro but I can't see any of the buttons! They are there if I press the screen channels change etc...just can't see them. Any ideas?

Thanks.

If I remember correctly from another post here, you have to assign something to them before you will see them, but I don't normally deal with "Edit".

You should do a search on this, since there have been posts asking the same thing.

There ARE things assigned to them though. It's my WORKING ccf from my Pronto. Unless they lose these items n the transfer to Proto Pro?

Otto...

I searched to no avail, but I only went back a month because I have to go on to other things. I do know that this issue was discussed here and there was a simple solution posted.

I also see you are the dealer automated home in the UK, and I think you would benefit in some searching too because you will come up with not just this issue, but the others that I would think you need/want to be familiar with to service your customers. So, I don't think you would be wasting your time. I don't mean that as a lecture, btw.

You should do YOUR research a bit better. I am NOT the UK Pronto dealer. I also have NO CUSTOMERS as I DON'T SELL PRONTOS.

I don't mean that as a lecture BTW.

What colors did you choose when you converted your old CCF to Pro format? Maybe you made them all white.

Sounds like what happened to me. You need to use file open in PPE to open the file, then it will ask you to replace the colors. The first time I did it I dblclked the CCF, and it did not ask me. My theory is that you need the change icon box, because it changes them from 4 bit to 8 bit, and the remote does not know how to deal with 4 bit icons

Otto, point taken. I also apologivze and I promise to eat crow for dinner tonight. I was not trying to offend you. You might want to consider a note in your profile as the way it currently reads it seems pretty easy for others on this side of the pond to make a similar mistake.
