The charger for my TS-1000 has suddenly stopped working. The remote works fine with regular batteries. I tested the rechargable battery with a volt meter and it has some small residual charge. I also tested the "wall wart" and it appears to work too, but the charger itself appears to be dead. I contacted Philips and they said they don't know where it can be repaired and that they can't sell me just the charger unit. They want to sell me the whole kit with the battery and wall wart that I don't need. Does anyone have any idea where I can get my charger repaired or replaced?

there are two parts to the charger (the transformer, and the station) if it is only the transformer, then you can get one anywhere. If it is the station, then you have bigger problems. But it can also be the battery pack that is defective (battery will not charge any more) or the connection inside the Pronto.

If it turns out to be the station, I saw replacement stations(station only - no battery) on sale at for $40 [Link: jandr.com]
