Hi

I have a Pronto 2mb version, and well it´s not exactly running smoothly.

I used the "update pronto" option in the prontoedit program, and afterwards the remote is completely dead.
during the update there where no errors or anything, I have tried rebooting it many times but with no luck.

anyone have any ideas?

If you used ProntoEdit to update your 2000, you have actually updated it with the firmware for the 1000 and as a result comatosed it!

The ONLY way to update a 2000 is to use the standalone program (Firmware Updater.exe) which you can download from here.

You might need to try it several times. It should work.

And if you get it going again, only use ProntoEdit V2.0.
