My wife dropped our Pronto, and now the screen is blank. Backlight works, contrast button works (goes all white to all black), buttons even beep when pressed where they used to be. I tried a reset, then a reload of the CCF file - nothing works. I saw several threads on this but none with an answer.
Is there a fix or workaround I can do myself, or do I need to send it in for repair? Thanks in advance for your help!
