ProntoPro locks up with ccf download

Every time I download any kind of ccf into my new prontopro, it freezes on the "please wait" screen. I have to reset it to get it back. I have updated the firmware to the latest (sys v 1.1, app v 1.2). Anyone run into this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Glad to see I'm not the only one who made the same mistake. :)

Thanks guys. Tried searching. Guess I didn't try hard enough. Worked like a champ! Thought I didn't need to read the manual since I've done 10 kabillion Prontos and RC5000s. Guess I shouldn't assume things would be the same witha new model, especially with Philips.
