I have just noticed that my rc5000i is sys4.6 and I am having trouble with the firmware upgrade..
I have unzipped the .exe file to the rc5000 setup directory, but when I select 'update rc5000' from the tools menu I get an 'invalid rc5000update.exe file' message.
Any ideas?

Make sure you're also using the latest RC5000 Setup.
