Just purchased a RC5000i remote and downloaded the Marantz RC5000i setup software. Problem has popped up during my first downloading attempts with the remote. The panels I created to duplicate my equipment remotes lose some of of their buttons and file tabs when I download the CCF into my remote. They still reside on file in my computer but when I activate the remote after downloading they are missing. What's going on?
Also, where can I get a user guide for the RS5000i setup software?

Probably you have not programmed an action onto the buttons. Buttons without actions will not display.
Put, at least, a delay of .01 second, and they will then display.
