Just make sure you load it in all four boxes. The FAQs say you don't have to, but they have never worked for me unless the icons are in all four boxes.

It'll work in just two, but you can't have some other image hanging around on the other two.

You'll also need to give the button an activity before the bitmaps will show.

Well, like I said, I know that's the theory, and I've seen CCFs where that is the case, but never has it worked for me until I put the same image in all four boxes.

That's most likely because you didn't have any actions assigned yet (it'd just show up as a color "square" in ProntoEdit until something was added).

I don't think that's the case, but it's been awhile. But I'm gonna need to do it, because I've got plans for my new super duper Pro CCF for the contest.

Just imagine, a year or so from now, when someone does a search and find's these posts, and they all have images that don't work any more. They will be so confused.

A new thought for Daniel - if a post contains a link to an image, suck a copy into RemoteCentral and point to the local copy, so it will always be around. [Probably too many copyright issues.]

Oh, I don't know about that, Peter. The place where I get 'em has the links right there so you can copy them. It would seem to me that they want them used.

Yeah, but is the site going to exist forever? Are they going to keep the icons at exactly the same location in their site forever?
