I recently got my Pronto Pron and everything worked fine. Today the green lights starting flashing on the Charger and the battery does not seem to have recharged fully. All things mentioned in the maunal were checked and they continue to flash. Has anyone had this problem and how do youi fix it? Does it indicate a bad battery or docking station? The connector was checked, it is ok.

No flashing red and blue lights? Oh, the flashing green light, that means GO!
Sorry, just a little humor.
Try removing the battery pack and re-inserting it. Sometimes that will clear up the problem. I've had the same problems with RC5000i's straight out of the box.
Hope this helps,
JJP

The ProntoPro is quite a bit different than the RC5000i in terms of connector. :-) I've only ever had the lights flash once, and that's when it was not properly "locked" into the connector.
