When I just saw this thread and the problem I did a userInfo on eBay. If the number listed for you is not current there, please call me on my 800# and I will try and work this through with you or do a no cost exchange, possibly right at a local branch in your area, if it is defective since it is within 30 days.
One other note.... The FAQ I sent you with the link you refered to stated in the last paragraph:
"Last, please note that as your dealer, online or not, I am your first line of defense for any problems or issues. I am here to serve you. You can always contact me toll free at the number just after my sign off"Those were not just idle words, and though I leave the programming issues to the brilliant folks in this forum, I don't want anyone who has dealt with me to be frustrated with an equipment issue or problem dealing with the Pronto itself.
