I'm encountering too many problems with my new Pro, it won't load it won't upload, and when it finally does it has a "please wait signal that won't go away. I uploaded the new version, by the way.
Anyway, now I'm having a new problem, when pressing the remote sign the options of "learn, use, label etc," won't show. I checked to see if my configuration is write protected, but it's not. The funny thing id that the emulator seems to work fine.
My Marantz was B&W but it worked like a charm...

If by updating the firmware, you mean downloading it to the Pro-yes I did.
Maybe I'm missing something, after downloading the new version I downloaded it to the Pro, was this wrong?

Had the same problems. I had to unplug the battery to get the please wait to go away. As for the uploading problems, I am still waiting to hear back from Phillips on that problem.

There seems to be a problem when moving files into the unit from the edit program. I am experiencing the same problems that when I load into the prontopro, I get all kind of scrambled displays. This happens when I transfer ccf files from remote central to the unit. Mine also works perfectly in the edit program and and in the emulator. I have several people investigating this problem.

On page 2 of your setup.. is the "mode menu" set to "on"?

So far, I've only had the stuck "Please Wait" message when exiting the new game.

Bob were the ccf's you sent origanally made in PPE 3.0 or 3.3 ? What a mess I personally have never seen anything like it .
Wait I think I've got it.
Yes I did when i converted a ccf from black and white to color and I answered the question from ppe "do you want to convert the 4 color" to a color palet.I answred yes ,I dont answer yes anymore and most of the color ccf's I'm doing are all color even if it's just the text.


Hey Daniel , Bob Myers hase some real strang problems you might want to see. some include setup screen graphics partially showing on regular screens , no buttons showing when they should be , jumbled screens , white noise looking buttons , I'm sure more . I havn't and will not have time to look for awhile , no time.
