Downloaded CCF's from this site run perfectly in the Pronto Edit 3.0 emulator. However, when I try to upload them into the ProntoPro they are all corrupted. Obviously, this is causing me concern since this is a new unit. There seems to be no explaination as to why this is happening. My conclusion is I may have a bad unit. Is there any test to determine if the unit is bad before returning it?

1) Update your prontopro edit to 3.3 and update the firmware. 2)Try reverting it then see if the default ccf is ok.

How exactly are they showing up as corrupt?

Thank for your response. I did install the Pronto Edit 3.0 the firmware. I can load the defaults into the edit program and they upload into the ProntoPro, however, no luck with any of the CCF files from remote central. This is not good.

They show up looking like fingerprints. Some are even in color. Many are missing. They show through all screen on the device, that is, an icon on one panel can be seen in various forms on the other panels of the device. And when I manage to get a complete screen it gets corrupted when you flip through screens in the device. This corruption has happened on every CCF file that I taken from the site.
