I am learning via trial and error. More error than trial. I how downloaded some cfc and I am not sure how to go about programming the icons that I have downloaded to recognize my system. I have downloaded some buttons and programmed them one by one but my question is when I download someone else's cfc's do I have to go into each and every icon and program them seprately? Or is there an easier way.?

There's no easy way. However when you say program each button I hope you dont mean learning codes for each button. A more efficienct method is to learn all of your device remote codes into generic devices/panels with generic buttons. That way you can alias the commands you need on each of button your icons. The generic devices/panels/buttons would never need to be shown to the end user. This is sort of like a psuedo data storage area for IR codes....
Cheers
