Major Help Needed on ProntoPro CCF Files

Historic Forum Post
I recently purchased a ProntoPro, and I am having great difficulty making it operational.

My main problem is I have downloaded 8 CCF’s from this site for my remotes (Pro Elite 1009W, Pro Elite CDL- 91, Sony A55 DSS, Philips TiVo, JVC SVHS 6900, Lexicon MC-1, etc.).

My problem is that all these CCF files work perfectly in the PronoPro Edit emulator but when I download them into my ProntoPro none of them load properly. The button icons are trashed, the frames graphics don’t show, bleeding from one screen to another, etc. This happens for every single CCF file I’ve taken from this site. I am doing something wrong, hopefully I am. I do not want to have to build every remote from scratch.

Can you please help me to correct this problem so I can download CCF’s into my Pronto.

Thank you for your help.
