well, i have seen all of these ccfs in the gallery with instructions for it, but i cannot find the file itself.

It is not a file it is a programming "easter egg" (it's allready in your pronto) Undocumented gift from the programmers do a search for tetris or tetris start

Below are instructions on how to play all the “Easter Eggs” on the Different Prontos. In Parentheses are the buttons that you need to press if playing on the Computer.
To Play Tetris on the TSU1000 or 2000: - Hold the Backlight Button(7) and the bottom two hard Buttons (1, 2). - While Holding those buttons, press in this Order: Mute, CH+, Mute, CH+, VOL- - Release the Hard buttons then the Backlight
Controls: Mute: Quit CH +: Restart CH -: Pause VOL +: Rotate VOL -: Drop Left Hard Key: Move Left Right Hard Key: Move Right
To Play Tetris on the ProntoPro: - Hold the Backlight Button (7) and the bottom two left hard Buttons (4,1). - While Holding those buttons, press in this Order:Mute, CH+, Mute, CH+, VOL- - Release the Hard Buttons then the Backlight
