How do i take buttons from a CCF that i download from this site and move them into another configuration? thanks in advance.

From your post, it sounds like you may not be aware of the many self-help resources here on this site. So my suggestion is to read the FAQs (several times - all the way through), download the manuals from this site (FAQs too) in .PDF format so they are always accessible to you (you will need Adobe AcroBat to view these offline).
Read Daniel's Review , it is very thorough and helpful.
Use the 'Search This Forum' link for anything you can't find in all of the above.
Ask *Specific* questions here, with as much detail as possible. ie: which remote you have, clear details of what is happening, not happening or what you want to try. What kind of PC you have with OS and peripherals if they pertain to your question. We do like to help, but the more information you can provide us, the easier it is to get you the correct information or to point you in the right direction.
But best advice of all (after reading, a lot) is to simply download CCFs and experiment with them in ProntoEdit Emulator, then dissect them in ProntoEdit. Especially since the TSU2000 Firmware Update is available, there isn't much that you can't recover from.
