Hi folks!
Just a quicky, but I am currently in the process of designing pages for evry CD in my album collection.
In a nutshell, I have a full pronto screen with a 100*100 pixel image of the album cover in the right hand coner, and on the left, a full track listing of the album (2 pages if necessary). i then have a main index screen like a phone book...ABC DEF etc, that then lists the artist and album. Touch the album and then it jumps to to the specific album page!! It is really nice, cos you then don't need the album case on your lap when listening!!
The only pain about it is that it takes quite a while to scan the covers in and format them and set up the pages, but I reckon it is worth it. It is an ongoing project for me that will inevitably take a few months to complete, but it will be the mutts when completed!!!!!
I obviously have too much time on my hands, but has anyone else out there tried a similar approach to categorising their albums?

You will find that a majority of People here use Leo 'Nudel' Davidson’s Program: Super Nudelist for their CD Lists.

Does the Nudelist simply generate a list of albums, and not a single page for EACH album with the album icon and full track listing?
Am I looking at this too simply?

King, I don't know the answer to your question, but the Super Nudelist web page is here: [Link: ox.compsoc.net]If the program doesn't do what you want, maybe you can ask Leo to add that feature.

You can get most CD covers from www.cdnow.com or www.amazon.com. You then only need to resize and convert to the Pronto palette. I made a directory of the CDs I have for the ProntoPro, but I didn't list the tracks. You can look at it once Daniel posts the Pro system files that people have done.

Super-Nudelist will do track lists for albums but it doesn't currently do images (covers) for them. I guess that now that 8meg remotes are available it might be time to think about adding the feature (at least once the CCFDll is updated to work with the ProntoPro), but I have to admit that I have a bit of a Gran Tourismo 3 addiction at the moment. :-)

Thanx a lot for all the advice and help there people!!
I think I will continue doing the pages by hand cos I am half way through it now sooo....
GT3 is a top game hey Leo!!! The only problem is that it detracts from work on the pronto!!!
Thanx again for the ideas,
KingboyA
