When I use my pronto to operate the nokia9500 teletext and do channel+ to skip pages it's skipping pages like there's no tomorrow. I grabbed the code by learning from the original remote button that DOES skip pages nicely and also tried to copy it from a ccf in the download area. Also I tried adding delays of up to 5 seconds.
No result.
Any idea anyone?

Hello there matey!
Maybe try relearning the button you want to program, but this time only press the button to be learnt very quickly. If you keep it pressed it may think '....I need to send out a lot of IR now etc'!!!!!!If you press it quickly in learn mode, then maybe it will only get a single IR code instead of multiple!

I think my vcr behaves in the same way when fast forwarding.

Although if you just "press" it for learning it likely won't repeat at all (then again if you don't want it to...)
