I got that same message, and I have still not recieved my case either. I have been a bit concerned about it as a matter of fact.

For what its worth I have received two emails that are vague, something like your case has shipped but if it hasen't it will this week. They do however refer to an order number so if I do not receive it this week I will start to get serious with them.

I have yet to get mine since I got the shipping email. I am starting to think they do not have them in stock.

Yes they have them in stock. I got the 3 I ordered yesterday. They're really nice. Sure I had to wait a little while to get my order but that was due to the delay of the cases being redesigned so that they will work with the docking station.

If you want my opinion, it was well worth the wait.

I highly recommend this case. After getting used to looking at the Pronto in the case, it looks really naked without it.

They're linking to RCs CCF download page and advertising that that's one of the things that makes the RU-940 [which they sell] better than the TSU-2000 [which they don't sell]!

That's really shady in my opinion.

In geeping with a policy of fiarness to all I just received the following reply for IEC.

"It was shipped already via US first class mail and I have no control after it's shipped. I know many backorders already got their cases and I saw other (and you) that didn't get it yet, upset on us at remotecentral.com.

Please understand that due to remotecentral we HAD to make modifications and that's the source of delay. The previous shipment was leather cases w/o the option to leave it on the docking station and I didn't want to ship those to nobody. Once we got the new model last week, we processed all backorders (over 300) and already shipped all.

It takes normally 3-5 business days, same as UPS ground and you should get it any day now.

John, these are not "vague" e-mails. I am replying and taking care of all online customers personally and I am here always for everybody. So if you have any problems, now or in the future, feel free to contact me anytime."

Is there a version for the Pro?

That site also says the 940 is better than the 2000 because you can use PE 1.05 with it!!

Yeah, and the manuals are written in English!! Makes it easier to understand!

I received two emails from them, and both indicated the case was shipped. Perhaps my mail carrier has first taken it hope to examine it, before delivering it. In any case (no pun), the emails referred to the case being shipped a week ago, and I still have not received it. I will keep waiting....
