Has anyone had problems getting the leather case from IEC? Their webpage, to put it mildly, is kinda crappy. I sent payment about a week and a half ago and was wondering if there is a backlog and how long it takes for us to get it.

I called them and they are waiting for a new shipment of cases that accommodate the charger. Since I do not use the charger he said they would ship a case from current stock. That was Friday, have not yet received it.

Had an email from them yesterday stating that shipping of the new and improved cases will begin in 3-5 days.

On July 23rd I got this response to my request for a shipping date on my backorder. I presume this means they will have filled all backorders by Friday.

Yes, all Orders are filled this week and all cases will be shipped ASAP this week.

Has anyone actually received a case yet? I'm beginning to wonder if it is a con .

I too have an order for the case which fits the charger. I haven't even gotten any emails from them, and I too, am beginning to feel somewhat concerned....

I ordered my case about 2 weeks ago and I got it today. I bought both my Prontos and leather case from IEC and I can assure you they are NOT a "con".

I did however call IEC early in the week to inquire about my order and they told me that they had been overwhelmed by the amount of orders they received on the cases but that all backorders will be shipping this week and they expected all orders to be fullfilled by early next week.

Anyhow, like I said, I got mine today and I love it. I'm sure those of you who ordered will be getting them anytime now.

drhb, the case I got was the one to be used with the charger. This is the "new" one that they referred to.

Hello all, I was just wondering what e-mail address you all used to get info on the progress of your orders? Is it the 'live customer service' box in the above link that you click and you type in a message box that appears b4 your very eyes by any chance?
