Hi all, just got my pronto and have uploaded some ccf files and now my Pronto doesn't respond. It makes an "error" noise when I try to turn it on and I can't get ProntoEdit to recognise it - I just get error messages. Help me please. Thanks.

Have you tried reseting the Pronto with the reset button on the back of the unit? It should at least get you back to the original configuration from the manufacturer.
Then I would suggest editing the ccf, if you haven't already, before uploading it to the pronto.

It won't reset when I prod the button. Should I be worried now ?
I have edited the ccf but cannot upload it. Seems I'm a bit stuck.

Try taking the batteries out and leaving them out overnight.
A4−10 My remote is dead! What can I try to fix it?

** It's alive ** left the batteries out for a while and that did the trick. Thanks for your help.
