This question, best for Daniel.
I downloaded the Pronto Pro Edit and Used the emulator to run my CCF for the TSU 2000.
The TSU 2000 shows 26% memory left with my CCF but with okay's to modify the colors when opening CCF (my current TSU 2000 CCF)in Pronto Pro Edit I see 44% memory left.
On looking at the colors in the PRO emulator most of the CCF is still black and white (about 90%) and I have already used up 64% of the memory in the Pronto Pro.
Makes me wonder if I change all my icons to color I would be left with very less memory.
Look for your comments.

It's hard to say. I think someone worked it out, there ought to be a bit more room than the TSU2000 once all 2-bit graphics are converted to true 8-bit.

Daniel,
Do you think my bitmaps are already converted to true 8 bit when I took the selection 'Modify' when opening my TSU 2000 CCF with the Pronto Pro?
In other words, is it possible that although all the bitmaps are in black in white now in the PRO, they are actually four or 8 colors in weight.
This would mean that if I converted my CCF to all colors I would still have 44% memory left.
Space would be a big reason for me to invest in the third Pronto, I have a 1000, 2000 and am considering a PRO.
Thanks,
Ash

All bitmaps are stored as 8-bit even when originally 2 bit.

I don't think they're compressed either. So, a solid gray square bitmap will take up as much space as a full-color photograph.
