Hello everyone,
I have been creating new windows using Pronto Edit and saving everything to disk. I am now ready to merge the data on my disk to my current Pronto configuration. What is the order for doing this so that the existing codes in the unit won't have to be reprogrammed? As much detail as possible if appreciated.

I don't think you can just upload your edits. You have to over-write the ccf in the Pronto's memory.
What you need to do is upload the Pronto's current configuration into ProntoEdit. You can then merge your new configuration with your uploaded version. Then it's just a matter of cleaning things up in ProntoEdit to get the entire configuration correct. Then you download the whole thing back to the Pronto.
I'm a newbie, so if that's not right I'm sure somebody will correct me. :-)

You will first have to upload the .ccf from you pronto into ProntoEdit.
File>Upload from
Save it.
Now, with your current .ccf still open, load the new .ccf.
When asked to merge or replace, click merge.
ProntoEdit will not merge individual Devices. So if you had "Video" in both .ccfs, your new merged .ccf will have 2 "Video".
All you will have to do now is link, cut&paste or delete between all your devices and Home panels to get everything as you want it.
Any problems, drop me a line.
