Is there a way for me to use old ccf's from my TSU1000 and Proto Edit V 1.05 to upload to my TSU2000. I already tried and all the buttons loaded correctly, however, no IR signals are being sent. Please help!!!

You can only use PE 2.0 to communicate with a 2000. The format of IR codes has changed.
1.05 CCFs can be opened in PE 2.0. (They can also be saved back in 1.05 format.)
