I've started to experience this strange problem on my Pronto.
Whenever I'm on my DTH screen and the screen goes blank after the timer times out my hard keys at the bottom of the screen won't work.
My left button (guide) and my right (last) won't work until I activate the screen. Once the screen is active the hard keys work.
Any ideas?

yeah, that's happened to me before.
just grab a paper clip and reset your remote control. (on the back of the remote)
it's happened to me when i accidentally dropped it.
try and let me know how it worked out.
