Will all REGULAR users of Remote Central please email me!

It is for a worthy cause, as I know you will agree when you hear the details.

Just click on the envelope icon, and mention this thread, and I'll give you the details.

You will have to agree to Non-disclosure of the information I send you. And, no, this is not a get rich quick scheme. It has to do with remote controls and I am sure will be agreed to by Daniel.

Thanks!

... Greg

You should have gotten my reply Adrian. Email me if you didn't.

>b>ckk: Don't worry. I know Daniel well enough to know he won't mind! :-)

Daniel could you confirm your friendship with GregoriusM - this doesn't seem in the spirit of the Internet / Chat forums.

Is everyone getting their Word .doc attachment in their replies? If not, email me and I will send it to you manually.

Thanks! ... Greg

P.S. I've emailed the people above who have questions about this "up my sleeve" scenario.

Gregorius:

Considering that this is the internet, and anyone who wants to can claim that they know someone, don't you think it would behoove us all if you either clarified your intentions or obtained corraboration from Daniel that you are actually a friend of his? I mean no disrespect, but consider how frequently the internet is used to defraud people. After all, I could just as easily say, "Gregorius is a good friend of mine." Unless you came along to confirm that, it would be foolish for anyone to believe me.

So um... can you help us out here with a little confirmation? I'm sure that us "regular users" would really appreciate it.

Thanks,
Dale

Darnitol -

I got Greg's email with the .doc attached. Let me just say that it's not a virus or spam or anything similar. However, if you doubt Greg's intentions, reliability, or don't trust him at all, you probably shouldn't bother getting the email. It will only make your suspicions worse.

This forum is such that even I could pose as Daniel or Greg and confirm or deny your suspicions. I don't blame you for being cautious. I don't think it's anything to get your panties in a bundle about though... it's harmless, and participation is voluntary, and that's that.

And for everyone else that posted -

What in the world are you thinking? You're supposed to email the guy.
