I am trying to load discrete codes. I double click the name of th IR code and hit view IR. I highlight the current hex codes, but they are grayed out. I can't delete or copy over them.

You have to add developer=1 in the ini file. The info is in the FAQ and Daniel has a utility (in the file section) that can correct this.
