My pronto will not connect to the computer using prontoedit. I insert the plug and it will not communicate. Any suggestions out there? The battery meter also always shows 3 bars. I read the battery problem below and will give it a try. I just bought the new Sony xbr400 36inch and need to program it into my pronto but it wont connect!!! Any help would be great!

Check out the FAQ section under "communications" Most of the time the problem is you are using comm 2 and Pronto is looking for it on comm 1 By default Pronto will only look on comm 1 unless something else is on comm 1 then it will search down the line.
