How can I program my Pronto to turn on and off this device? It is not learning.
Any advise?

I'm intresed in the same product to control track lighting in my living room. If you come across the answer please be sure to post the CCF to have it added to the list of devices. Know of a good IR or X-10 compatible wall switch that controls both ceiling fan speed and the light connected to it?
