Participate in research project!

The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration is conducting several research projects on consumer's brand relationships. By answering an eight-minute questionnaire on your experience with Phillips ProntoEdit, you will help us gaining a better understanding of the depth and complexity in consumer-brand ties.

Participants in the questionnaire will take part in a drawing on the following prizes:

2 x US $250 worth gift certificate at Amazon.com [Amazon.com is optional]

20 x US $15 worth gift certificate at Amazon.com [Amazon.com is optional]

To participate - go here!

Note! Our research is independent from any manufacturer or commercial company. All data and findings based on this survey will be of academic use only.

Is it only about ProntoEdit or is it relevant to Marantz RC5000Setup users as well?

After taking the "survey", it feels like it is probably at the behest of Philips. **VERY** specific questions relating to your feelings towards the "BRAND" ProntoEdit.

And, as relates to this survey, my last post in this thread really isn't so 'tongue-in-cheek'. They ask some pretty strange "Relationship" questions concerning you and ProntoEdit and the "Brand" in general.

Mike,
Your right ! I just completed the survey and boy are there some odd questions in there. I feel like I've just been to the shrink or marriage counseller.

I also regularly read palmbblvd.com, and these guys are doing the same survey there, only with "Palm" as the Brand.

If you play with the URL (ie change the 'prod_id=37' to another number from 1 to 50) there's surveys on about 50 brands from handhelds to PC's to Car manufacturers to whatever.

Zed,

In your observation, do you think Philips will start charging for the PE software or the PE website?

Man that thing is hilarious. None of the questions seem to make sense.
What does product category mean in respect with ProntoEdit?

(I noticed you don't have to bother answering them, you can get the laughs faster that way.)

Zed: I think that this is some sort of form letter version of a questionnaire, you enter the product name press enter and the questionnaire is done. I would not put too much emphasis on any of the questions.

Roy: Do you expect Peter to read through the whole list :-)

Did anyone else get this message at the end?

"You have already answered the Brand Relationship Survey. We thank you for your cooperation."

Does that mean I suffered through that and I'm NOT eligible? I hope I didn't reveal my secret love for ProntoEdit for nothing, I don't normally kiss and tell.
