I have a european pronto which is unable to learn a pair of commands for the Escient Tunebase 100 product -namely the page up/down commands. The product comes with 2 Infra red senders - a keyboard and a standard remote - these use different codes apparently and the pronto will learn commands from the standard remote only(either through pronto edit or directly). However when i fire the commands from the pronto the results are extremely intermittent. I would be grateful to hear from anybody who has experienced this problem.

You've got a couple options here...just call Escient and Scott or Robin will help you out. However, if you just throw some tape over one of those emitters on the keyboard you'll be able to teach it into the Pronto and get much better results. on the keyboard worked fine. Also works for the Panja IR capture unit.
