Hi
I just got a new Philips Pronto. got my toshiba 29N6 TV working with the remote with one problem. changing mode to tv from my other devices DVD; VCR ect' causes the tv to shut off if it is on, or to go on if it is off.
the only solution is to point the remote to the ceiling
so the change will not effect the TV.
Is ther another way to solve the problem

Can anyone be more specific about this subject. I tried what the FAQ's say about how to do this without ProntoEdit but it still does it. Any other advise or am I doing it wrong?
