I'm having a hard time getting my Pronto to recharge in the docking station. I've tried taking the battery out and re-installing it. Could it be the docking station? Is there a way to check? Thanks.

It is highly unlikely based upon dealing with this issue directly with my buyers that the charger is at fault.
