I have merged a gallery with a copy of my ccf but cannot access it with the tools/gallery menu on ProntoEdit. is copy & paste the only way? Drag and drop would be alot easier. I am also unable to access the IR codes. I can view it through properties/action/setIR but the program will not let me cut, copy paste or change it. Thanks in advance for the help.

The GALLERY.CCF isn't for Merging, you open up the GALLERY under the TOOLS MENU at the top of ProntoEdit (or use CTRL+G). Then you can drag & drop from the Gallery Window/Box onto the Panel you are working on.

I can do that with the existing gallery under tools menu, but how can I use the tools menu to access the extensive galleries I have downloaded from remotecentral? Thanks- Mike

You can merge your gallery files *into* the default gallery.ccf within ProntoEdit. for information on how to increase your gallery size, see FAQ:
B8-05 How can I create a really large gallery file.

Are you merging *your* gallery file **INTO** the deault gallery.ccf? (see B4-04 for why this is important).
Also, is the NAME of the default gallery ----- gallery.ccf ------? I think the ToolBar Gallery Window looks for this specific file to open. *AND* are all your gallery panels in the HOME branch of the CCF "Tree" in ProntoEdit? If they are in Devices or Macros, I don't think the Gallery Window will open with the default gallery.ccf either.

OOOPS!!! . . . My mistake!!
When you OPEN the gallery.ccf, HOME should be renamed GALLERY and all gallery panels should be under this heading. If they're not, then TOOLS>Gallery will not open with the default gallery.ccf because it cannot ecognize it as a gallery.
