I am a complete rookie so forgive the basic questions. I am in pronoedit and I am trying to download to the Pronto, yet I keep getting an error message that says Pronto not connected or not responding. I have check the cable and the port, everything seems to be in order. Any ideas??

We need a lot more information:

1) What Pronto Model?
2) What Version ProntoEdit?
3) What is your Computer type & OS?

But check out this thread:
