I am getting an "Invalid configuration file version". The TS5000 asks me to "revert" but this doesn't work. I have tried to reset by pushing the button on the back but this doesn't work either.

Please help!!!!!!

if the REVERT button isn't working, see FAQ:

A4−06 Why is the REVERT button grayed out?

If the button is working, but not the function then try the TSU2000 update at:

On This Site, Click On:

CCF FILES->

(Here's where to get the software:) Download ProntoEdit v1.05 & TSU2000 Firmware->

TSU2000 Firmware Upgrade.

This is assuming that you have a 2000 and **NOT** a 1000 or a "5000", or any other model as this update is ONLY for the TSU2000.
