I have a small problem with the buttons of my Pronto.
My daughter poured some apple juice over them and now one button sticks and is almost not operational anymore. Philips itself says, that they have no procedure to receive Pronto's which are defect and say they can't repair it (even though I am willing to pay for this. Since it seems only a small thing to take off the rear cover of the Pronto and clean the buttons myself, I couldn't remove the cover in the lower rear section (where the learn eye is located). Is there some sort of trick behind this.
Has somebody tried this before and give me a suggestion how to remove the cover ?

Thanks
