i've checked the faq and searched the threads,but can't see the answer i need to this one
error uploading configuration from pronto
using win2000 and pronto edit 1.04
download works fine !!!!!!
tried setting screen to homepage, no joy
worked fine before win 2000

You really should be on ProntoEdit 1.05. I doubt that it will fix your problem, but you never know...

Could be a NT/2000 issue. A number of owners have had com port issues.
