My Pronto keeps "forgetting" certain learned commands. If I restore them they work fine for around a day and then are gone again. I've tried this a few times. Any ideas why this might be happening? Thanks in advance.

Ensure your batteries are fresh and your firmware is latest. Also, download your file to the remote about 5 times.
