Hello I have been trying to update a pronto ts1000 it does not have a picture icons like a sat or tv just has buttons. I made the home panel with pictures of a tv, vcr, etc.. using version 1.5 the pronto was programed originally with version 1.1 it loads but after a couple of minutes it reverts and it does not let me update it or reset it by pushing the back of the remote. It has 35% percent of memory left. Can you give me some suggestions on what to do.

What do you mean it reverts?
Does it revert to its default factory settings,
or just a reboot? There was a program which allows you to insert stuff to the pronto by stopping its boot procedure but i cant remember the name.
