I have the Explorer 2000 cable box but have not found discretes. Any know of any?

I know that some sci-ant cable boxes turn on when ch+ or Ch- is selected....Off would always be ch+, then power no mater what the status was (if it was already off, it would turn on then off...if it was on, it would ch+ then turn off)
