Why my remote just sitting there wiyh a blank screen

You might try pullng the batteries for a couple of hours to let it reset.
Have you attempted to adjust the settings?

I tried everything,I took the batteries out
overnight,still nothing,it will not respond
to any command.

I suggest trying to update the firmware with RC5000 edit 2.2.....
