I want to buy a pronto, but I am comfused about the differences between the European Pronto and the US Pronto. Some one said that the only difference is color. The European Pronto is silver, what is the US pronto color? Is there any other differences between the two? I need to know before I can order one.

As far as I know the one in the USA has typenumber TU1000 (1mb) and 2000 (2mb) and in Europe it's 890 (1mb) and 940 (2 mb).

The 1 mb-versions are compatibel with eachother as are the 2mb-versions.

I own a 2MB US Version which has a RC-Code Database,
but 2MB European version does not have Code DB.
2MB US version is also silver (like European).
