I'm still having trouble downloading files from this site and was wondering if there were any other sites to get some files from.
I'll be receiving some X-10 stuff soon and need the control codes for that.
I did ask for someone to e-mail me files the other day, and that was done for me (many thanks) but I can't keep asking you guys to spend your time sending them for me.
Any help is much appreciated.

You can try www.prontoedit.com It has files, bitmaps and updates. However, its not as complete as this site and is no where near as user friendly.

I'm having the same problem with download in fact I can't download anything from this site!

If you get a "DNS or server error", that seems to happen when the server is busy. Try later. I should be moving to a new server this weekend.

I used to be able to download from this site (about two months ago) with no problem. Now, the download starts and after about 5 seconds I get an Invalid Page Fault which crashes Internet Explorer. Nothing has changed on my WIN98 system. Any ideas?

I can't download anything either. Two months ago I was fine now nothing. Even tried CuteFTP but it stops at the "Socket connected. Waiting for welcome message... "
section.
Please do something, I can't imagine the severs being overloaded at 1:30AM pacific standard time.
Just venting.

Hi guys,
I am attached using WsFTP downloading the utilities
as i type this response. I have sometimes reached the
download limit but I just reconnect later and continue.

Sounds familiar, although I do not have problems with THIS site.
Check if your ISP recently installed/enforced the use of a caching proxy and, if so, complain to him...

I have had nothing but trouble downloading files from this sight for over a week now. One in about 25 or so goes through. I have seen several other posts relating to the same thing. Too bad... This site used to be terrific.
